Lenovo is looking to bring up the Lenovo Moto Z smartphone while it is axing out the Moto X – Series smartphones (i.e. Moto X Play 2016 and Moto X Style 2016) and will continue the Z – Series of smartphones in future. Also recently the on 17th May 2016 at New Delhi Lenovo launched the Moto G4, Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4 Play smartphones.
The smartphone is codenamed as Vector Thin and is going to be the premium smartphone from Lenovo in the Moto smartphones. Also the two smartphones Lenovo Moto Z and Moto Z Force which is codenamed as Vertex are expected to launch on 9th June, 2016 during the Lenovo Tech World Show at San Francisco.

The smartphone is equipped with a 5.5 – inch Quad Full HD capacitive touchscreen with the 535 ppi of pixels density that provides the 2560 x 1440 pixels of screen resolutions. Also just like its sibling this new device is also featuring the Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection over the display to protect it from scratches.
The memory unit of this new device is featuring two different variants of internal memory. The first one is having the 4 GB of RAM with the 32 GB of internal in – built memory while the second one is having the 4 GB of RAM with 64 GB of the internal storage capacity. Also there is presence of the microSD card slot that can be used to expand the internal memory up to 200 GB.
Unlike its sibling Moto Z Play this new smartphone is going to be available in only single sim option in the beginning with three different carriers; GSM (2G), HSPA (3G) and LTE (4G). The smartphone is also featuring various sensors that make this smartphone another sensation.
There is presence of Fingerprint, Accelerometer, Gyro, Compass and Proximity sensors apart from this there are various other much necessary and important features like; EDGE, GPRS, WiFi with WiFi Direct & Hotspot, GPS with A – GPS, Type – C reversible connector USB, Radio, GLONASS, NFC and Bluetooth.
There is employed a 13 MP of rear facing primary camera that is having the laser auto – focus, geo – tagging, smile detection, face detection, touch – focus, auto HDR, panorama and Dual – Toned Dual LED flash light features. Also there is presence of a 5 MP of wide angled front facing secondary camera and both the cameras are capable of HD Video recording.
Lenovo Moto Z specifications are made to run on Quad – Core 2.2 GHz Kryo processor having the Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset with Adreno 530 GPU. And the device is powered with pre – loaded latest and fastest Android v6.0.1 – Marshmallow operating system that can be further upgradable to Android N whenever available.
The device is featuring the 2600 mAh Li – Ion non removable battery with Fast Battery Charging and is having the 20 hours of long lasting battery for the talk time purpose and 450 hours of stand – by battery. And the smartphone will be available in various different colors just like its predecessor.
