Motorola Moto Z3 Play is the new smartphone from the house of Lenovo owned Motorola. The company seems to move the Sony way as it has moved the fingerprint sensor to the side i.e. on the power button. The smartphone is the successor of the last year launched Z2 Play.
The build of the smartphone is somewhat similar to the predecessor from the last year. But there are also some changes and the side-mounted double-duty fingerprint sensor and the LED flashlight at the rear of the back has a change to it.

The new Z-series smartphone is having the huge and tall 6.1″ of the Full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection over the screen. The phone has a 402 ppi of the pixels density that gives it 1080 x 2160 pixels of resolutions.
The phone features a dual rear camera unit just like most of the recent smartphones and like its predecessor. There is a combination of 12MP + 8MP of the camera unit at the back with a dual-toned LED flashlight. In the front of the device, there is a 5MP of the selfie camera with the f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flashlight too.
Moto Z3 Play is embedded with the LPDDR4 RAM. There are two different memory variants. The first one is featuring the 4GB of the LPDDR4 RAM with the 32GB of the internal storage. Whereas the second one is having the 6GB of the LPDDR4 RAM with the 64GB of the inbuilt memory.
All the necessary features like WiFi dual-band & hotspot, NFC, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, type-C reversible USB are present there in this new phone. Apart from this, there are the majority of the sensors available with this smartphone like accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
Under the hood, there is an Octa-Core Kryo 260 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. Whereas there is Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 SoC in the heart of the phone with the presence of Adreno 509 to take care of the graphics. It runs on Android v8.0 out of the box from the day of the launch.
It is packed with a 3000 mAh of the non-removable battery with the fast turbocharging feature. It is available in gold and blue color options. The fast charging will help you to charge the 50% of the battery in just 30 minutes.

With some amazing specifications, the smartphone seems to fall in the mid-budget price segment. So Moto Z3 Play will not be too much just like the predecessor.
